Introduction

Rheumatoid Arthritis ended my normal exercise routine. I was running 10 Mile after mile (10K) daily and was good shape. Then when I turned 55 many years, I went for a 10K run and the next day I could hardly walk.

The doctor explained I had Rheumatoid Arthritis and i should take some medicine with COX-2 inhibitors. They did a good job and i can continue running. Then, COX-2 was attached to heart attacks and my doctor took me off them.

That carried out my running days, so I needed to locate something else to do.

What is Rheumatoid Arthritis, what exercises do I do and what do I take to ease the aches and pains a person Rheumatoid Arthritis?

Rheumatoid Arthritis

The causes of Rheumatoid Arthritis is unknown, but Rheumatoid Arthritis is believed to be caused by the immune system, called an autoimmune sickness. This is when the immune system attacks areas of the body that it believes comes with a infection but in actual fact perfectly healthy.

The immune system responds this way because of excessive amounts of inflammation in the body. This excessive amount of inflammation normally via the body consuming Omega-6 or over. Omega-6 provides the romantic heart with needed inflammation hormones, but excess inflammation might have different autoimmune diseases.

Excess inflammation is not the case for me. I limit my intake of Omega-6 by reducing just how much processed foods I eat. Processed foods are where we the us people get our added Omega-6. I also take Omega-3 supplements keep the ratio of Omega-6 to Omega-3 about the recommended value of 2 to at least one. Omega-3 provides the romantic heart with needed anti ache hormones.

Exercises For Rheumatoid Arthritis

Since the one joints in my body that are affected by this disease are in my legs, I have been able to continue to see. In order to permit it to become my aerobics, I have got to riding a exercise bike for 60 minutes typical, at 17 miles per hour. This has allowed me to keep at it my resting heat beat at about 55 beats each minute and my Body mass index (BMI) at 23.

Both the BMI and heartbeat are in the unique range.

Supplements For Rheumatoid Arthritis

I take Omega-3 to ease the aches and pains in the local Arthritis. Also by limiting the actual intake of Omega-6 I reduce just how much inflammation in my physical structure.

Several studies have indicated taking Omega-3 while getting exercise, called FOX (fish olive oil and exercising), lost extra weight than a person exercising as well as never taking fish oil. Plus it also cuts down on the stress from exercising by lowering the heart rate and lowering the blood pressure.
